The Kenyan entertainment industry is mourning the death of one of its pioneers Kevin “Big Kev” Ombajo.
Big Kev who was the founder of Tru Blaq Events died at the Nairobi hospital after a long battle with brain tumour which saw him lose his eyesight due to the numerous surgeries he underwent.
Local celebrities took to social media to pour their messages of condolences with many describing him as an “inspiration” and “icon” remembering the times they shared together and the talents he uplifted.
“Rest in peace, your fight and content spirit in the lrd was more than inspirational, taught me so much..praying for strength and peace for your beautiful family” posted Avril.
“Rest my brother, you came, you saw, you conquered. You are blessed. Rest in peace Biggy” posted Nameless.
“There is no mistake in God’s work. We have to believe that God has a better plan for all of us. I pray that you family finds patiene in this hard time. we will Miss you Big Kev” said Redsan.
