Joho hits out at Government over Mombasa State house tourism summit, calls it PR exercise


Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho has hit out at the government over the State house Tourism summit currently going on at the Mombasa state house.

According to Joho, the event is  a “public relations exercise”.

In a series of tweets the Governor took issue with the Government especially the Minister of Tourism Najib Balala over the manner in which the event is conducted and its invited guests.

He tweeted”Such PR exercises will not advance our tourism.Let’s have real conversations with everyone onboard. #StateHouseSummit #TransformingTourismKE”.
