“Start packing and prepare to leave” Shahbal tells Joho

Jubilee Mombasa County Governor candidate Suleiman Shahbal has called on the current Governor Hassan Joho to prepare to hand over powers to him.

Addressing a gathering of members of the mijikenda community from the County, Shahbal exhuded confidence of winning the election slated for next week Tuesday.

” I want to tell the sultan this,  he should start packing his things and prepare to leave office. The last sultan we had is that of Zanzibar and he (Joho) will also be a thing of the past” said Shahbal.

Shahbal who was installed as an elder of the Mijikenda community at the meeting and named ” Mwadziwe Chiringa” accused Joho’s administration of failing to solve unemployment in the County.

“During those four years he has been in office he failed to secure jobs for our youth, we are going to make this a priority when we take over the office.  It’s your right as a youth to have a job” he charged.

He was in the company of his Deputy Annania Mwaboza, Senator candidate Hazel Katana and Mvita Mp candidate Omar Shalo.
